Artists at Xross-PolyNation
Our eclectic community of artists explore the juxtaposition of national and global culture within the broader international spectrum of today’s art debate.
Increasingly, artists are inspired by cultural concerns and imagery from outside their own direct experience or sense of national identity.
Recent historic precedents have opened up larger resources to the world artist, and led to a breakdown of traditional stereotypes, enabling a broader understanding of national and worldwide issues, and the representation of these in the contemporary art gallery.
